    Keith has been in insurance business for 24 years (B2B Insurance Brokerage) managing country and region top tier companies insurance porfolios and projects focusing in large corporate and middle market level insurance broking and consulting, placement and large contracts negotiations from an early stage until successful closing.

    At Vanden, Keith works on developing insurance broking business, taking care of Clients and Partners within and outside the Region. His core lines of Business are Large Corporate and Middle Market Construction, Power&Energy, Infrastructure Property & Liability, Aviation, Rail and Financial Lines Broking and Consulting.

    Palle has 35+ years as CEO of airlines in Sweden, Denmark and Estonia.

    He has also been since 1992 board member of ERA (European Regions Airline Association) and President from 2020.

    ERA consist of 56 airlines and in total 200+ members from the entire spectrum of the aviation industry.

     

    With Palle in our team we get extensive experience and knowledge from inside the aviation industry which gives us a possibility to enhance our services to clients in the aviation industry.

    Paul is a marine “all rounder” with over 40 years’ experience in the marine insurance field. Having spent 8 years at sea as a Navigating Officer, Paul commenced his insurance career with Lloyd’s Broker Cooper Gay in the marine claims department in 1981. Since then, he has worked with several London broking houses, large and small; most recently with ARB International Ltd where he was a Director in charge of broking and business production. He has extensive knowledge and experience in hull & machinery, P & I, cargo and marine liability insurance and has sat on the Marine Executive Committee of LIIBA (London International Insurance Brokers Association).
    Paul’s role at Vanden will be to look after all the marine accounts. He will be London-based but regularly communicating with and visiting the team in Tallinn.

  • Ketlin brings 15 years of experience in insurance to Vanden. Her commitment to proactivity always ensures the best service for our clients. As well as customer management Ketlin coordinates urgent issues and manages internal work processes. She also has a role as a broker in brokerage activities in many types of insurance.
